Refund Policy

AnyPlay has a 7-day free trial so you can check it works with your Mac, your display and your videos before you pay.

14-day refunds

If AnyPlay isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to know how we could do better.

How to ask

Email pythond542@gmail.com with your order number or the email address you used to buy. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is disabled, and AnyPlay will stop playing videos on your Macs the next time it checks the key.

After 14 days

If something has gone wrong, for example AnyPlay stopped working after a macOS update, please contact us anyway. We'll try to fix it, and we consider refunds case by case.
